March 1: Resolutions must be submitted to State Advocate SK Jeffrey A. Gaulin at [email protected] by 5:00 PM.
(Late resolutions will not be included in the State Resolution Book or considered.)
March 31: Councils must submit their departed brothers list to State Warden Mark Paul at [email protected] by 5:00 PM.
(Include brothers deceased since April 2025with any officer designations or clergy noted.)
April 11: Convention Delegate Registration Forms must be submitted to State Secretary Eric Batista at [email protected] by 5:00 PM.
(Delegates should bring a completed copy to check-in.)
April 11: Deadline for purchasing Ladies Luncheon and Banquet Dinner tickets.
Council per capita payment is required for council participation.

The 132nd Rhode Island State Convention brings together Knights from across the state for:

✅ Full-day Business Sessions on Saturday (condensed into one day)
✅ Ladies Luncheon at Tavolo Restaurant
✅ Memorial Mass at 5:30 PM at the Radisson Hotel
✅ State Awards Dinner & Award Presentations
Awards are distributed at the State Convention!
Each council should apply for awards and promote scholarship opportunities among their members.
Delegate Registration:
Each council is allowed two delegates. Complete the Convention Delegate Registration Form and email it to [email protected] by April 13, .
✔ Official Knights of Columbus Name Badges should be worn at the business meetings, Memorial Mass, and Awards Dinner.
✔ Only official Past & Former Miniature Medals and Papal Orders may be worn during these events.
✔ Incumbent Medal of Office (if applicable)

As the most visible arm of the Order, those in Fourth Degree Regalia should strive for excellence in appearance.
✅ Hair should be clean, well-groomed, and neatly styled.

✔ Coat should fit properly over chest and shoulders.
✔ Trousers should be full enough to prevent side pockets from spreading.
✔ Trousers should fall midway between the top of the heel and the top of the standard shoe.
